Membership Agreement & Liability Waiver
EuropeCair provides membership-based medical evacuation, air ambulance and repatriation assistance worldwide. Membership is not an insurance policy. Please review the clauses below — by submitting the application you confirm you have read and accept them.
Europe Cair provides membership-based assistance services including emergency medical evacuation coordination, air ambulance transportation, medical repatriation assistance, human remains repatriation assistance, and global patient transportation logistics. Membership does not guarantee availability of aircraft, medical teams, visas, permits, or governmental approvals.
Europe Cair is not an insurance company. Membership is not an insurance policy or healthcare plan. Members remain solely responsible for all hospital bills, medical treatment costs, visa expenses, and other related costs.
Europe Cair reserves the sole right to determine medical suitability, aircraft availability, routing, and operational feasibility. Services may be delayed, denied, or modified due to weather, war, airport restrictions, mechanical issues, government actions, or force majeure events.
Members agree to provide truthful medical information, comply with travel laws, and follow operational instructions. Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in denial of services without refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Member releases Europe Cair from claims arising from injury, illness, death, delayed transport, operational delays, or acts of third parties, except in cases of proven gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Europe Cair from claims, lawsuits, expenses, or liabilities arising from the Member's actions or misuse of services.
Human remains repatriation services are subject to government approvals, airline restrictions, and international regulations. Timing is not guaranteed.
Europe Cair does not guarantee survival, medical recovery, hospital admission, or treatment outcomes. All medical transport services involve inherent risks.
Membership fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and renewable annually. Europe Cair reserves the right to modify pricing and benefits.
Europe Cair may suspend or terminate membership for fraud, abuse of services, false disclosures, non-payment, or illegal activity.
Disputes shall first undergo good-faith negotiation and then binding arbitration where applicable. Members waive participation in class-action lawsuits where permitted by law.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Europe Cair operates.
Electronic signatures and digital enrollment shall be considered legally binding and enforceable.
By submitting this application, the Member confirms understanding and acceptance of all terms and risks associated with medical transport and repatriation services provided by Europe Cair.
